Halk\u0131m\u0131z, ger\u00e7e\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 beyanlarla insanlar\u0131 yan\u0131ltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u0130stanbul ve \u00fclke y\u00f6neticilerinden \u00f6z\u00fcr beklemektedir. \u0130skele dubalar\u0131n\u0131n su alma nedeni ve olaya ili\u015fkin sorumlular\u0131n tespiti i\u00e7in derhal soru\u015fturma ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\">Yap\u0131lacak teknik incelemenin \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcniversiteler ve meslek odalar\u0131ndan inceleme kurullar\u0131 dahil edilmelidir.&#8221;<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\">Karak\u00f6y iskelesinin onar\u0131lmas\u0131 veya yenilenmesi i\u00e7in zaman ge\u00e7irmeksizin bilimsel ve teknik kurallara uygun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Timur, ula\u015f\u0131m sorununu daha da b\u00fcy\u00fcten olumsuzlu\u011fun bir an \u00f6nce atlat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\">Timur, &#8221;\u0130skele ve benzeri deniz yap\u0131lar\u0131yla ilgili olarak Denizcilik M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011f\u0131 derhal gemilerde oldu\u011fu gibi kontrol ve bak\u0131m esasl\u0131 kurallar olu\u015fturarak mevzuata dahil etmelidir. Bunlar yap\u0131lsayd\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za b\u00f6yle olaylar gelmezdi&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\"><strong><font color=\"#ff0000\">\u0130DO&#8217;YA KAL\u0130TE \u00d6D\u00dcL\u00dc VER\u0130LMES\u0130<\/font><\/strong><br \/>\u0130stanbul Deniz Otob\u00fcsleri A.\u015e&#8217;ye (\u0130DO) 17.
