IBM y\u00f6netiminin sendikaya yetki itiraz\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan s\u00fcre\u00e7 son olarak sendika temsilcisi \u00fc\u00e7 bili\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131yla g\u00fcndeme geldi. Bu m\u00fccadele sonucu EMO \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ba\u015flayan bili\u015fimde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sekizincisi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">G\u00fcvenli bir gelecek i\u00e7in m\u00fccadeleye devam eden ve i\u015ften at\u0131lan sendika temsilcisi arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fe geri al\u0131ns\u0131n diyen bili\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, 3 Aral\u0131k \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 12:00\u2019de herkesi, eme\u011fimize ve gelece\u011fimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak \u00fczere IBM \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulu\u015fmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><em>politeknik.org.tr<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><em>\u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 metninin tamam\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dad\u0131r:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>Eme\u011fimize ve gelece\u011fimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in 3 Aral\u0131k \u00c7ar\u015famba g\u00fcn\u00fc IBM \u00f6n\u00fcndeyiz! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">IBM T\u00fcrk bili\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n sendikala\u015fma m\u00fccadelesinde IBM y\u00f6netiminin sendikaya yetki itiraz\u0131yla ba\u015flayan hukuki m\u00fccadele farkl\u0131 alanlarda, farkl\u0131 eylem ve etkinliklerle devam etti. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara d\u00f6n\u00fck bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc ve a\u00e7\u0131k tehditlerle s\u00fcrd\u00fcren IBM y\u00f6netimi, yak\u0131n bir zamanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu y\u00fcksek zam oran\u0131yla da sendikala\u015fmak isteyen bili\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 bu m\u00fccadelesinden cayd\u0131rmak istedi.
