Di\u011fer taraftan ise orman-k\u00f6y ili\u015fkileri, \u00e7evre y\u00f6netimi, \u00e7evresel etki de\u011ferlendirmesi ve planlama \u015fube m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc merkez ve ta\u015fra kadrolar\u0131na atanabilmek i\u00e7in benzer bir s\u0131n\u0131rlama bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Oysa s\u00f6z konusu \u015fube m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin g\u00f6rev ve hizmet konular\u0131 ile ilgili sadece \u00fcniversitelerin \u00e7evre m\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde e\u011fitim verilmektedir. Nitekim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n merkez te\u015fkilat\u0131nda M\u00fcste\u015far dahil Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fczeyinde g\u00f6rev yapan \u00c7evre M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri ve Say\u0131n \u00c7evre ve Orman Bakan\u0131 da bu konuyu \u00e7ok iyi bilmektedir.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Konu bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde \u00c7evre ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan bu Y\u00f6netmelik i\u015f bilmezlikten \u00f6te \u00e7evre m\u00fchendisli\u011fi mesle\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 beslenen bir d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n eseri midir?<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>\u00c7evre m\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc mezunlar\u0131n\u0131, ihtisas alanlar\u0131 olan daire ba\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 ve\/veya \u015fube m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine lay\u0131k g\u00f6rmeyen bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fczenleme ile haks\u0131z bir uygulaman\u0131n v\u00fccut bulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, e\u015fitlik ilkesinin zedelenece\u011fini, meslekte ba\u015far\u0131 ve liyakati g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edecek uygulamalara sebebiyet verilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz..<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Mesle\u011fimizin ve meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hak ve \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 korumak; \u00e7evre m\u00fchendisli\u011fi hizmetlerinin kanun, t\u00fcz\u00fck, y\u00f6netmelik, tebli\u011f, standartlar ve \u015fartnameler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan uygunlu\u011funu denetlemek ve hizmet s\u00fcrecinde meslekta\u015flar aras\u0131nda haks\u0131z rekabeti \u00f6nlemek ve mesle\u011fin uygulanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde \u00fcyelerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facaklar\u0131 kanun d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve haks\u0131z her t\u00fcrl\u00fc davran\u0131\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlemler almak ve yarg\u0131 yoluna ba\u015fvurmak; \u00e7evre m\u00fchendislerinin mesleki etkinli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctmek, bu konudaki eksiklikleri ve yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten Oda Y\u00f6netim Kurulumuz, bu noktada hukuksal s\u00fcre\u00e7leri sonuna kadar i\u015fletmeye kararl\u0131d\u0131r.
