Y\u00fczde 70&#8217;i yoksulluk s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda bir \u00fccretle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00fczde 10&#8217;u ise meslek d\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u015flerle u\u011fra\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum, \u00fcyelerimizin mesleki olarak geli\u015fmesini, mezuniyet sonras\u0131 bilgilerini yenileyebilmesini, yeni teknolojileri \u00f6z\u00fcmseyip geli\u015ftirebilmesini de engellemektedir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kamu kesiminde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131n, keyfi olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini ve bir tehdit unsuru olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia eden S\u00fcrenk\u00f6k, kadro yoklu\u011fu, terfi, tazminat \u00f6dememe, pasif g\u00f6reve atama, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn ve i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma sorunlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olduklar\u0131n\u0131, ayr\u0131ca ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 sorumluluklara denk d\u00fc\u015fmeyen \u00fccret politikalar\u0131 nedeniyle, ald\u0131klar\u0131 maa\u015flar\u0131n \u015fu anda asgari ya\u015fam standard\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<br \/>\u015eantiyede \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreleri ve \u00fccretlerinin \u00e7a\u011f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu savunan S\u00fcrenk\u00f6k, &#8220;\u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenceleri yok. 1800&#8217;l\u00fc y\u0131llarda oldu\u011fu gibi g\u00fcnde 10-12 saat hi\u00e7bir mesai almadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar. Cumartesi, pazar g\u00fcnleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, senelik iznini kulland\u0131rtmama gibi uygulamalara olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k rastlan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u015eantiyelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, yo\u011fun i\u015f temposu nedeniyle sosyal ili\u015fkileri par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f, birbirlerinden kopuk bir \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k ve \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz<br \/>durumdad\u0131rlar&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fchendislik b\u00fcrolar\u0131nda ve yap\u0131 denetim \u015firketlerinde \u00fccretli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi, sigorta, sosyal haklardan yoksun olduklar\u0131 gibi, bir m\u00fchendisin sahip olmas\u0131 gereken ya\u015fam standard\u0131na uygun \u00fccret de alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden S\u00fcrenk\u00f6k \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<br \/>&#8220;500-600-YTL \u00fccretle bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00e7ok say\u0131da meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z var. Bayan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z \u015fantiyelerde tercih edilmemekte, b\u00fcrolarda ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmakta ve mesle\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hizmet i\u015fleri dayat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fsizlik sorununu daha yo\u011fun ya\u015famakta ve meslek alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda i\u015flere y\u00f6nelmek zorunda kalmaktad\u0131rlar. M\u00fcteahhitlik yapan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ise, Kamu \u0130hale Yasas\u0131ndaki bir dizi yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131ktan dolay\u0131 ya i\u015f alamamakta, ya da meslekten olmayan m\u00fcteahhitlerin hi\u00e7bir mant\u0131kl\u0131 hesaba dayanmayan, anlams\u0131z fiyat k\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ile u\u011fra\u015fmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcm bunlara ra\u011fmen i\u015f almay\u0131 ba\u015faranlar\u0131 ise, maalesef sonu genellikle iflasla biten karanl\u0131k bir d\u00f6ng\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.
