K\u0131dem tazminat\u0131, \u00f6zel istihdam b\u00fcrolar\u0131 ve kad\u0131n istihdam paketi bu kapsamda meclisin g\u00fcndemine getirilecek ve emek alan\u0131n\u0131 yeni g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirme bi\u00e7imleriyle s\u00f6m\u00fcrmek yasala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131na ili\u015fkin haz\u0131rlanan bu yeni yasal d\u00fczenlemeler emek alan\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkileyecek. Neoliberal politikalarla i\u015f\u00e7ile\u015ftirilen m\u00fchendisler g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fin farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerini uzun zamand\u0131r ya\u015f\u0131yor. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretler, \u00fccretlendirilmeyen uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, ger\u00e7ek \u00fccret \u00fczerinden bildirilmeyen prim bedelleri ve i\u015fsizlik gibi sorunlar m\u00fchendislerin y\u00fcksek oranlarla ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvencesizlikler olarak s\u0131ralan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 di\u011fer meslek alanlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi erkek meslekta\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi daha kapsaml\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisler ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yap\u0131yor olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen erkeklere g\u00f6re daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccret al\u0131yor, tercih ettikleri pozisyonlarda de\u011fil uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fckleri pozisyonlarda g\u00f6revlendiriliyor, i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde evlilik, do\u011fum vb. konularla ilgili sorularla muhatap olup bu sorulara verilen cevaba g\u00f6re istihdam ediliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki cinsiyetci-ayr\u0131mc\u0131 uygulamalar kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fi daha derin ya\u015famalar\u0131na neden oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>AKP&#8217;nin kad\u0131n\u0131 yaln\u0131zca aileyle var eden, \u00e7ocuk do\u011furmakla g\u00f6revlendiren, kad\u0131n bedeni \u00fcst\u00fcnde tahakk\u00fcm sa\u011flayan gerici politikalar\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasala\u015ft\u0131racak Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi&#8217;yle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftiriliyor. Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ge\u00e7i\u00e7i, yar\u0131 zamanl\u0131, uzaktan(evden) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bi\u00e7imleriyle daha fazla g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirecek ve ev i\u015flerini, \u00e7ocuk, ya\u015fl\u0131, hasta bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in zorunluluk haline getirecek bir d\u00fczenleme. Ve elbette bu paket kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da etkileyecek.<\/p>\n<p>Hal b\u00f6yleyken emek alan\u0131nda herkes i\u00e7in yeni g\u00fcvencesizlikler anlam\u0131na gelecek bu d\u00fczenlemelere kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek m\u00fccadelelerde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecekleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar AKP&#8217;nin kad\u0131n\u0131 eve hapseden gerici politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmak ve g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma m\u00fccadelesini b\u00fcy\u00fctmek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde D\u0130SK, KESK ve TTB&#8217;nin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yla olu\u015fan Kad\u0131n Eme\u011fi Platformu, Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi&#8217;ne kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in ilk etkinli\u011fini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. &#8216;AKP&#8217;nin Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi Kime M\u00fcjde?&#8217; ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u0130stanbul&#8217;da forum d\u00fczenlendi. Bir \u00e7ok kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc biraraya getiren bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131yla kurulan Kad\u0131n Eme\u011fi Platformu&#8217;nun ilk etkinli\u011fine kat\u0131lan y\u00fczlerce kad\u0131n Paket&#8217;e kar\u015f\u0131 nas\u0131l m\u00fccadele edeceklerini konu\u015ftu. Kad\u0131nlar m\u00fccadele program\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilerini bu birlikten duyduklar\u0131 memnuniyetle ve Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi&#8217;ni AKP&#8217;ye iade etme kararl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131yla birlikte dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Platformun olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ad\u0131m atan \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131c\u0131 kurumlara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda TMMOB neden yok sorusu bir kez daha ak\u0131llara geliyor(1).TMMOB&#8217;de kad\u0131nlar \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6nemini i\u00e7ine alan bir s\u00fcredir, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131racak \u00e7e\u015fitli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131lar. 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 1.TMMOB Kad\u0131n M\u00fchendis, Mimar, \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Kurultay\u0131, TMMOB&#8217;li kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fcklerini ileriye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir etkinlik oldu. Kurultay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan odalar\u0131n kad\u0131n komisyonlar\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 artt\u0131. Kad\u0131n komisyonlar\u0131 \u0130KK&#8217;lar b\u00fcnyesinde yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Etkili bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmasa da TMMOB Kad\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Grubu gibi TMMOB&#8217;de kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131ran ad\u0131mlar at\u0131ld\u0131. TMMOB&#8217;li kad\u0131nlar, kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle birlikte toplumsal muhalefeti \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen bir \u00e7ok eylem ve etkinlik i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131. Genel anlamda TMMOB merkezinin deste\u011finden yoksun, kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerin \u00e7abalar\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar TMMOB&#8217;nin \u00f6nemli bir dinami\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. TMMOB&#8217;li kad\u0131nlar \u015fimdi de 16-17 Kas\u0131m&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenecek olan 3. TMMOB Kad\u0131n Kurultay\u0131&#8217;na haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>TMMOB&#8217;li kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, TMMOB&#8217;de kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na emek veren kad\u0131n \u00fcyelerin; kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisleri, mimarlar\u0131 ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 da do\u011frudan etkileyecek olan Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi&#8217;ne kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadeleye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran kurumlar aras\u0131nda TMMOB&#8217;nin neden yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgileri yok(2). AKP&#8217;nin gerici politikalar\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131n eme\u011fini daha fazla g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirerek tesis edecek olan Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi&#8217;ne kar\u015f\u0131 verilen m\u00fccadelede TMMOB&#8217;nin olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yanl\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda anlam\u0131 da yok.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131nda, evde, sokakta e\u015fitlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck isteyen, TMMOB&#8217;yi kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesiyle b\u00fcy\u00fcten TMMOB&#8217;li kad\u0131nlar; AKP&#8217;nin gericili\u011finin toplumsal ya\u015fama fazlas\u0131yla sirayet etti\u011fi, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha fazla g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirilerek evlerine hapsedilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde 3. TMMOB Kad\u0131n Kurultay\u0131&#8217;nda bulu\u015facak. Bu bulu\u015fma kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesini ve TMMOB&#8217;de kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fctecek. Bu bulu\u015fma ayn\u0131 zamanda Kad\u0131n \u0130stihdam Paketi&#8217;ne kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen m\u00fccadeleye kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisleri ta\u015f\u0131yacak ve TMMOB b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yanl\u0131\u015ftan d\u00f6necek.<br \/>\n<em>(1) 1 May\u0131s 2013&#8217;te TMMOB \u0130stanbul&#8217;da \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131c\u0131 kurumlar aras\u0131nda yer almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Taksim 1 May\u0131s\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n tertip komitesi D\u0130SK, KESK, TTB ve T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f&#8217;ten olu\u015fmu\u015ftu. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>(2) TMMOB&#8217;da karar s\u00fcre\u00e7leri demokratik bir \u015fekilde i\u015fletilmiyor.
