Bu sald\u0131r\u0131 politikalar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131 g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirildi\/g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftiriliyor. M\u00fchendisler, mimarlar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemi mesleklerinin vas\u0131fs\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla paralel bir i\u015f\u00e7ile\u015fme s\u00fcreciyle ya\u015fad\u0131. \u00dccretli m\u00fchendisler, mimarlar, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131(m\u00fchendisler) proleterle\u015fti, g\u00fcvencesizle\u015fti.<br \/>\nSay\u0131s\u0131 artan \u00fcniversitelerle birlikte her y\u0131l y\u00fcz bine yak\u0131n m\u00fchendis, mimar, planc\u0131 aday\u0131 \u00fcniversitelere yerle\u015fiyor. Her y\u0131l onbinlerce yeni m\u00fchendis, mimar ve planc\u0131 aday\u0131n\u0131n mezun olmas\u0131, giderek kitleselle\u015fen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretli m\u00fchendis, mimar, \u015fehir planc\u0131 ordusu yarat\u0131yor. Bu ger\u00e7eklik \u00fccretli m\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir se\u00e7enek b\u0131rakmazken m\u00fchendislerin eme\u011fin di\u011fer bile\u015fenleriyle yan yana gelme zeminini b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ger\u00e7eklik ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fccretli gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendisleri i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi s\u00fcrecinden ba\u015flayan bir \u00e7ok g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fuluyla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131yor. 800 TL civar\u0131na kadar d\u00fc\u015febilen \u00fccret teklifleri, \u00fccretlendirilmeyen uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, primlerin ger\u00e7ek \u00fccret \u00fczerinden yatmamas\u0131 ya da bankaya yat\u0131r\u0131lan tutar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n elden geri istenmesi, \u00fccrete eklenen yol ve yemek paras\u0131n\u0131n dahi her an geri istenebilecek birer \u00fccret kalemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi, i\u015fsizlik; m\u00fchendislerin yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcz y\u00fcze kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvencesizlikler olarak s\u0131ralanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylesi bir d\u00f6nemde ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l SGK ile yap\u0131lan protokol do\u011frultusunda TMMOB&#8217;nin \u00fccretli m\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in belirledi\u011fi asgari \u00fccret b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. M\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccreti ve bu \u00fccretin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek alt s\u0131n\u0131r \u00fccreti olmas\u0131 hedefi \u00fccretli m\u00fchendislerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlere kar\u015f\u0131 ortak m\u00fccadelesini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karabilecek bir zemin sunmaktad\u0131r. SGK ile yap\u0131lan protokolun yayg\u0131n duyurusunun yap\u0131lmas\u0131, TMMOB&#8217;nin, TMMOB&#8217;ye ba\u011fl\u0131 odalar\u0131n \u00fcyelerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015f yerlerini bu \u00fccreti hayata ge\u00e7irmeye zorlayacak denetleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatmas\u0131 ve s\u00fcreklile\u015ftirmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n SGK ile payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylelikle SGK&#8217;y\u0131 da denetime zorlayacak ileti\u015fimin kurulmas\u0131, m\u00fchendis asgari \u00fccreti m\u00fccadelesinin ilk program\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>AKP&#8217;nin ve sermayenin yeni g\u00fcvencesizle\u015ftirme haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131ndan birisi olan K\u0131dem Tazminat\u0131 Yasas\u0131, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 hakk\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Yasa di\u011fer emek bile\u015fenleri gibi m\u00fchendislerin de i\u015f g\u00fcvencesini ortadan kald\u0131racakt\u0131r. M\u00fchendisler k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131n\u0131n gasp\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek olan m\u00fccadelelerin do\u011frudan bile\u015fenidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda;<\/p>\n<p>*\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki g\u00fcvencesizlik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kendini yaln\u0131z hisseden m\u00fchendisleri bir araya getirecek ve deneyim payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak etkinlikler yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu etkinlikler m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki hak aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ortakla\u015ft\u0131rabilecek birliktelikler olarak kurgulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>*G\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma m\u00fccadelesini \u00f6rmek \u00fczere m\u00fchendislerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki haklar\u0131n\u0131n anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 hukuk seminerleri d\u00fczenlenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>*M\u00fchendislerin g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131 m\u00fccadelesi (i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadele tarihinde ve g\u00fcncel pratiklerde g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi gibi) \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek ilerleyecektir. Meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n ve sendikalar\u0131n m\u00fchendislerle g\u00fcvence m\u00fccadelesi ekseninde kuracaklar\u0131 ba\u011f olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. \u00dccretli gen\u00e7 m\u00fchendisler ba\u015fta odalar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere bu m\u00fccadeleyi geli\u015ftirecekmekanizmalara( y\u00f6netim kurullar\u0131, oda komisyonlar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131) dahil olmal\u0131, odalarda g\u00fcvence \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlar atmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>*M\u00fchendis Asgari \u00dccreti m\u00fccadelesi insanca ya\u015fayacak asgari \u00fccret m\u00fccadelesinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z de\u011fildir.Bu nedenle \u00fccretli m\u00fchendisler t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7ileri ilgilendiren genel asgari \u00fccretin insanca ya\u015fayacak \u00fccret olmas\u0131 m\u00fccadelesinde di\u011fer emek \u00f6rg\u00fctleriyle birlikte olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>*K\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 hakk\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 alacaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncelikli alacak olarak kabul edilmesi ve \u015firketlerde i\u015fverenlerin ki\u015fisel mal varl\u0131klar\u0131ndan da tahsil edilebilmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131na devlet g\u00fcvencesi sa\u011flanmas\u0131,\u00a0 k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 tavan\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, sendikala\u015fma \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engellerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 talepleri t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7ilerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra m\u00fchendislerin de ortak talepleri olarak yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>*Meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fccretli m\u00fchendislerin &#8216;hak \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc&#8217; olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131-g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte m\u00fchendisler sendikal m\u00fccadeleye bir ad\u0131m yakla\u015facakt\u0131r. M\u00fchendislerin g\u00fcvence m\u00fccadelesinde meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n aktif olarak rol almas\u0131 ve sendikalarla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir. \u00dccretli m\u00fchendislerin sendika ile tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, sendikalar\u0131n m\u00fchendislerle ili\u015fkili olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in e-devlet ile sendika \u00fcyeli\u011fi bir \u00f6n ad\u0131m olarak ba\u015flat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>*M\u00fchendisleri eme\u011fin di\u011fer bile\u015fenleriyle yan yana getirecek sokak m\u00fccadelesi pratiklerinin geli\u015fmesi, g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma m\u00fccadelesinin bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli e\u015fi\u011fidir. Emek m\u00fccadelesini m\u00fchendislerle b\u00fcy\u00fctmek i\u00e7in m\u00fchendislerin g\u00fcvenceli i\u015f, g\u00fcvenli gelecek talepleri sokakta g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Politeknik, \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay&#8217;da dile getirilen \u00f6neriler, yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalar ve \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda; m\u00fchendis, mimar ve \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenceli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, insanca ya\u015fayacak \u00fccret, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131 hakk\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, sendikala\u015fma bilincinin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in meslek odalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve sendikalar\u0131n ataca\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesinde aktif bir \u00f6zne olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Neoliberal politikalarla otuz y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir b\u00fcy\u00fck bir i\u015f\u00e7ile\u015ftirme-proleterle\u015ftirme s\u00fcreci ya\u015fand\u0131.
