{"id":8187,"date":"2014-01-27T11:41:52","date_gmt":"2014-01-27T09:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/politeknik.org.tr\/\/?p=8187"},"modified":"2019-01-28T20:41:01","modified_gmt":"2019-01-28T17:41:01","slug":"mega-projeler-kurakliga-davetiye-cikariyor-oya-ayman-yesil-gazete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eonmeet.com\/pol\/mega-projeler-kurakliga-davetiye-cikariyor-oya-ayman-yesil-gazete\/","title":{"rendered":"Mega Projeler Kurakl\u0131\u011fa Davetiye \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131yor! \u2013 Oya Ayman (Ye\u015fil Gazete)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019nda a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n kesilmesi, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini \u00f6nlemede \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan karbon depolama alanlar\u0131n\u0131n da yok olmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor. \u0130stanbul\u2019un kuzeyindeki ormans\u0131zla\u015fma, bizi iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin en \u00f6nemli sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri olan kurakl\u0131\u011fa bir ad\u0131m daha yakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019nda 3. k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla kesilen on binlerce a\u011fa\u00e7, son g\u00fcnlerde endi\u015fe verici boyutlara ula\u015fan kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nleme yollar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da teker teker kesilmesi anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019nda kesilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 milyon a\u011fac\u0131n, t\u00fcrleri ve ya\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeye g\u00f6re, kesilen a\u011fa\u00e7larla birlikte y\u0131ll\u0131k 51 bin ton karbondioksit yutak kapasitesi yok edildi. Bu yutaklar\u0131n kaybedilmesi, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine yol a\u00e7an CO2 miktar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu hesaplamada kesilen a\u011fa\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131, uydu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinde kesim yap\u0131lan alanlar ve birim alandaki a\u011fa\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131na bak\u0131larak, \u00f6rnekleme y\u00f6ntemiyle belirlendi. Karbon Ayak \u0130zi kitab\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evirmeni ve T\u00fcrkiye b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin yazar\u0131 Ne\u015fet Kutlu\u011f\u2019un, -ABD Enerji Enformasyon Dairesi\u2019nin, A\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n Karbon Yutak Kapasitelerini Hesaplama Y\u00f6ntemi\u2019ne (USDE) g\u00f6re- ortaya koydu\u011fu, \u201cy\u0131ll\u0131k 51 bin ton karbonun kesilen a\u011fa\u00e7larla birlikte art\u0131k depolanamayacak olmas\u0131\u201d ger\u00e7e\u011fi, Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019ndaki tahribat\u0131n karbon ayak izini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019nda planlanan mega projelerin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ormans\u0131zla\u015fma y\u00fcz\u00fcnden \u0130stanbul 51 bin tonluk karbon yuta\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaybederken, 3. havaalan\u0131 i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan \u00c7evre Etki De\u011ferlendirme Raporu\u2019nda (\u00c7ED) s\u00f6z konusu ormans\u0131zla\u015fman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra in\u015faat\u0131n ve eklenecek yeni u\u00e7u\u015f rotalar\u0131n\u0131n iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine etkisinden ve gezegenimiz i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan karbon yutaklar\u0131n\u0131n yok edilmesinden hi\u00e7 s\u00f6z edilmiyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ormans\u0131zla\u015fman\u0131n Karbondioksit Y\u00fck\u00fc\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine neden olan insan faaliyetleri aras\u0131nda ormans\u0131zla\u015fman\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 17. Ancak son ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, bunun \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek boyutlarda olabilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Nature dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re a\u011fa\u00e7lar ya\u015fland\u0131k\u00e7a, b\u00fcnyelerinde depolad\u0131klar\u0131 CO2 de art\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re, Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019ndaki a\u011fa\u00e7lar kesilmeseydi, ya\u015fland\u0131k\u00e7a daha fazla CO2 depolayacaklard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca kesilen a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n yakacak olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda, b\u00fcnyelerindeki karbonu salmalar\u0131 da karbon ayak izini art\u0131r\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re, ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen a\u011fa\u00e7 kesimlerinin karbon ayak izi, hesaplanabilenden \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek olabilir. Ne\u015fet Kutlu\u011f, \u201cHesaplayabildi\u011fimiz miktar, kesilen her bir a\u011fa\u00e7la bir CO2 yuta\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yok olmas\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla daha fazla CO2\u2019nin atmosfere sal\u0131nmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor. Buna ek olarak kesilen a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n yak\u0131lmas\u0131 da ormans\u0131zla\u015fman\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 karbon ayak izini art\u0131r\u0131r\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u015fet Kutlu\u011f\u2019un gene USDE datas\u0131 kullanarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hesaplamaya g\u00f6re, Kuzey Ormanlar\u0131\u2019nda kesilen a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 606 bin ton CO2 stoklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Ancak bu a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n hepsi yakacak olarak kullan\u0131lmayabilir. Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 2012 istatistiklerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretilen a\u011fa\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ka\u00e7ak kesilenler say\u0131lmazsa y\u00fczde 25, say\u0131l\u0131rsa y\u00fczde 35\u2032i yakacak olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.
