Meslek sendikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011filiminin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6zetti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk konu\u015fmay\u0131 Mu\u011fla \u00dcniversitesi Kamu Y\u00f6netimi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi ve TMMOB eski Sayman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Atilla G\u00f6kt\u00fcrk m\u00fchendis ve mimarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kapitalizmdeki i\u015flevlerinin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini aktard\u0131. Teknolojideki de\u011fi\u015fimin nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcnde de\u011fi\u015fime yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve m\u00fchendis mimarlardaki ve odalar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimlerin de bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede ancak anla\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6kt\u00fcrk, esas olarak esnekle\u015fmenin TMMOB\u2019daki izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerini (TMMOB\u2019nin bu do\u011frultudaki faaliyetlerini, i\u015fleyi\u015flerine ve diline yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131) aktarmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak zaman s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle bu panelde \u00fczerinde duramad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Ancak esnekle\u015fmeye ili\u015fkin de\u011fi\u015fimlerin TMMOB yap\u0131s\u0131na da yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00fcretimin uluslararas\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n etkilerinin TMMOB\u2019a \u201cyerelle\u015fme\u201d olarak yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Birle\u015fik Metal-\u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Mehmet Be\u015feli ise sendikan\u0131n ge\u00e7en y\u0131llarda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Teknik Elemanlar B\u00fcrosu deneyiminden s\u00f6zetti. Be\u015feli, Teknik elemanlar\u0131n esas olarak i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc satmak zorunda oldu\u011funu ve genel anlam\u0131yla i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131nda di\u011fer stat\u00fclerle birlikte ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin hayata ge\u00e7ti\u011fini, ancak ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin bir g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck meselesi oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Kendi tercihinin birle\u015fik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeden yana oldu\u011funu, ancak i\u015f\u00e7ilerin ve m\u00fchendislerin birbirlerine bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar nedeniyle m\u00fchendislerin e\u011fer istiyorsa kendi sendikalar\u0131n\u0131 kurmas\u0131n\u0131n yine de ileri bir ad\u0131m olaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini aktard\u0131. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n toplus\u00f6zle\u015fmelerindeki m\u00fchendisleri kapsamd\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakan maddenin bir sorun oldu\u011funu, ancak tek sorunun bu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kapsamd\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman da m\u00fchendislerin i\u015f\u00e7i sendikalar\u0131na akmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>EMO \u0130stanbul \u015eube Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Kurtulu\u015f Kaya\u2019da say\u0131sal verilere dayanarak m\u00fchendislerin sorunlar\u0131 \u00fczerine durdu. Kaya, her y\u0131l yeni mezun olan 30 bin civar\u0131nda m\u00fchendisin oldu\u011funu ve ancak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n odalara \u00fcye oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Kriz gerek\u00e7esiyle bili\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki bir \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketin i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve m\u00fchendislerin stat\u00fc ve gelir kayb\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Bilgisayar M\u00fchendisi Ece Kocab\u0131\u00e7ak ise konu\u015fmas\u0131nda bili\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki ve teknik i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc i\u00e7inde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durdu. Matbaa ve tekstil sekt\u00f6rleri \u00fczerinden teknolojinin geli\u015fimine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n teknik i\u015flere dahil olma ve d\u0131\u015flanma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini \u00f6rnekledi. Bili\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de nitelik y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n piramidin alt k\u0131sm\u0131nda yerald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yeralabilmeleri i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak \u00f6nlemler (toplant\u0131larda \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m odas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, gece eve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f olana\u011f\u0131, y\u00f6netimlerde kota ayr\u0131lmas\u0131) uygulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Elektronik ve Haberle\u015fme M\u00fchendisi \u00d6zg\u00fcr G\u00fcnay da konu\u015fmas\u0131nda IBM\u2019deki \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme s\u00fcrecinden de s\u00f6zederek odalar\u0131n sendikaya giden yolu a\u00e7maya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Panelin ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan forum b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde de m\u00fchendislerin ve bili\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenebilmesine ili\u015fkin tart\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.
