Sonraki g\u00fcnlerde sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ilk olarak IBM y\u00f6netimine ta\u015f\u0131yarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesini talep etmeleriyle ilerleyen s\u00fcre\u00e7, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 Tez-Koop \u0130\u015f sendikas\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleriyle bir \u00fcst boyuta ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f oldu. IBM T\u00fcrk y\u00f6netiminin sendikaya yetki itiraz\u0131yla ba\u015flayan hukuki s\u00fcre\u00e7le beraber s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7e\u015fitli eylem ve etkinlikler, konunun medyan\u0131n ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kamuoyunun g\u00fcndeminde\u00a0 haftalar boyunca yer etmesini sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00fcrecin ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren EMO \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi, IBM T\u00fcrk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcye potansiyelini olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak, konunun TMMOB \u0130stanbul \u0130l Koordinasyon Kurulu\u2019nca sahiplenilmesini sa\u011flad\u0131 ve bu m\u00fccadelenin \u00f6rg\u00fctleyicisi olarak konumland\u0131. Bu durumu, TMMOB\u2019nin genelinde, \u00e7ok uzun bir s\u00fcredir m\u00fchendislerin sendikala\u015fmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecine dair deneyim biriktirebilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan yoksun olunmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, olduk\u00e7a olumlu ve \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6rnek olarak not etmekte fayda var.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0130lerleyen g\u00fcnlerde IBM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 sendika temsilcisinin i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131yla her \u00c7ar\u015famba IBM \u00f6n\u00fcnde yap\u0131lan ve \u2018Plaza Eylemleri\u2019 ismiyle \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lan bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131, Tez-Koop \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 ve TMMOB \u0130stanbul \u0130KK \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi. G\u00fcndemine ekonomik krizi de alan bir bi\u00e7imde, \u00e7e\u015fitli sendika ve derneklerin deste\u011fiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen eylemlerde, \u201cIBM\u2019de i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan temsilcilerin i\u015fe geri al\u0131nmas\u0131\u201d, \u201csendikala\u015fma \u00f6n\u00fcndeki t\u00fcm engellerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131\u201d gibi sloganlarla g\u00fcvenli bir gelecek, g\u00fcvenceli i\u015f talebi y\u00fckseltildi.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IBM\u2019in i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu Yap\u0131 Kredi Plaza \u00f6n\u00fcnde yap\u0131lan bu eylemler; banka, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi, bas\u0131n merkezi, bili\u015fim ve ila\u00e7 firmalar\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu plazalar b\u00f6lgesinde olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 bir yere sahipti. Eylemin, genel tabiriyle \u2018beyaz yakal\u0131lar\u2019 olarak adland\u0131rabilece\u011fimiz plaza \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir dinami\u011fe sahip oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r. Bu olanaklarla birlikte, IBM\u2019den at\u0131lan sendika temsilcileri yerine yeni temsilcilerin se\u00e7il(e)memesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan m\u00fchendis say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n fazla olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen gerek IBM\u2019de gerekse b\u00f6lgedeki di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerde EMO\u2019nun veya TMMOB\u2019nin herhangi bir i\u015f yeri temsilcili\u011finin bulunmamas\u0131 eylemlerin i\u00e7 dinamiklerle geni\u015flemesinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde gelen engellerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer ald\u0131.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yedi haftay\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcre boyunca hareketli ve kitlesel say\u0131labilecek i\u00e7erikle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen plaza eylemleri, sekizinci haftas\u0131nda sonland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f \u015eubeler Platformu\u2019ndaki sendikalar\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerinin ve \u00fcyelerinin yo\u011fun olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, co\u015fkulu ve anlaml\u0131 konu\u015fmalar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve daha sonraki eylem s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde bulu\u015fmak \u00fczere \u00c7ar\u015famba eylemleri, T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f Tez-Koop \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sonland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TMMOB \u0130stanbul \u0130KK ile \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen bu s\u00fcreci tek tarafl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve genel olarak T\u00fcrk-\u0130\u015f\u2019e dair bir de\u011ferlendirmeyi \u015fimdilik bir tarafa itelim. Sendikalar\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu durumu, teknik elemanlar aras\u0131nda yer alan bili\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayabilme ve bu sayede sendikal m\u00fccadelenin geli\u015fimine katk\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 \u015feklinde yorumlamak haks\u0131zl\u0131k olmayacakt\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6rneklerine az rastlanan meslek odas\u0131 ve sendikalar\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesi ya da m\u00fchendislerin di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131yla beraber girdi\u011fi sendika m\u00fccadelesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6zel ve \u00f6nemli bir deneyimin ilerletilmesine, iyimserlikle bakarsak, zamans\u0131z bir ara verilmi\u015f oldu diyebiliriz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teknik elemanlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ve sendikala\u015fma m\u00fccadelesi, meslek odalar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadele programlar\u0131 ve i\u015f yeri temsilcilikleri, sendikalar ve teknik elemanlar\u0131 kapsayabilme durumlar\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na inerek tart\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.
