Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nin \u201c \u015e\u00fcphelilere y\u00f6nelik su\u00e7lamalar net de\u011fil, eksiklikleri giderin\u201d diyerek savc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa iade etti\u011fi Taksim Dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bile\u015fenlerine y\u00f6nelik iddianame ikinci kez mahkemeye sunuldu. Daha \u00f6nce \u201cSu\u00e7 i\u015flemek amac\u0131yla \u00f6rg\u00fct kurmak\u201dla su\u00e7lanan Mimarlar Odas\u0131 \u00c7evre Etki De\u011ferlendirme Kurulu \u00fcyesi\u00a0M\u00fccella Yap\u0131c\u0131 ve \u0130stanbul Tabip Odas\u0131 Genel Sekreteri Ali \u00c7erkezo\u011flu\u2019nun da aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 5 ki\u015fi bu defa \u201csu\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc lideri olmak\u201d ve \u201cToplant\u0131 ve G\u00f6steri Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fleri Kanunu\u2019na muhalefet etmek\u201dle su\u00e7land\u0131. \u0130ddianamede bulunan 5 ki\u015fi hakk\u0131nda 3 y\u0131l 3 aydan 13.5 y\u0131la kadar hapis isteniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;B\u00f6yle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir onuru haketmedik&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haberi duymas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan M\u00fccella Yap\u0131c\u0131 twitterda \u201cM\u00fcjde, Su\u00e7 (!) \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fczde e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:)Zaten % 40 kotaya uyulmu\u015ftu\u2026\u201d diye payla\u015f\u0131mda bulundu. Yap\u0131c\u0131 kendisine ve Taksim Dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bile\u015fenlerine y\u00f6nelik \u201csu\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc lideri olmak\u201dla yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda Sendika.Org\u2019ye yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u201cBiz b\u00f6yle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir onuru haketmedik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131c\u0131, \u201cHukukun bu kadar ayaklar alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde bu iddianame \u2018g\u00fcnah i\u015fleme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc engellemedir\u201d diyerek iddianame ge\u00e7en su\u00e7lar\u0131n hi\u00e7 birinin onlar\u0131 ilgilendirmedi\u011fini belirtti. Yap\u0131c\u0131, \u201cBa\u015f\u0131ndan sonuna kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n g\u00f6zleri \u00f6n\u00fcnde cereyan etmi\u015f bir\u015feyin su\u00e7 ilan edilmesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin, \u00f6zellikle de Gezi\u2019nin ve Taksim Dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc ilan edilmesi demektir. Kendisi me\u015fru olmayan bir h\u00fck\u00fcmet Taksim Dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 bu \u015fekilde kirletemez\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Bu \u00fclkenin onuru su\u00e7 kal\u0131b\u0131na s\u0131\u011fmaz\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ali \u00c7erkezo\u011flu iddidanamenin art\u0131k bir y\u0131lan hikayesine d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirterek Haziran \u0130syan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n su\u00e7 kal\u0131b\u0131na s\u0131\u011fmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. \u00c7erkezo\u011flu \u201c Taksim Dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019ndan su\u00e7 \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc \u00e7\u0131karmak, insanlara sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r. Gezi\u2019de daha demokratik, ya\u015fanabilir bir d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele edenlerin eme\u011fine sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r\u201d dedi.
