3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc in\u015faat\u0131 Beykoz \u00c7avu\u015fba\u015f\u0131 mevkii ba\u011flant\u0131 yolu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda d\u00fcn 21.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda bir g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck meydana geldi. 3 i\u015f\u00e7i ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirirken, 2 i\u015f\u00e7i de yaral\u0131 olarak enkazdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Politeknik ekibi \u00fcyesi m\u00fchendisler kaza sonras\u0131nda gitti\u011fi g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck alan\u0131na ve kazaya dair bir rapor haz\u0131rlad\u0131. Ekip bug\u00fcn de in\u015faat alan\u0131nda inceleme yapacak.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Politeknik ekibinin 3.K\u00f6pr\u00fc in\u015faat\u0131nda meydana gelen g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck ile ilgili 05.04.2014 tarihli ilk g\u00f6zlem raporu:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c\u0130n\u015faat s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck; Beykoz \u00c7avu\u015fba\u015f\u0131 mevkii ba\u011flant\u0131 yolunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. 3. K\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00fczergah\u0131 viyad\u00fck in\u015faat\u0131nda \u00fcst beton d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fc esnas\u0131nda alt destek elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n yetersizli\u011fi nedeniyle a\u00e7\u0131lma ve ard\u0131ndan \u00e7\u00f6kme meydana gelmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00f6kme s\u0131ras\u0131nda 3 i\u015f\u00e7i g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck alt\u0131nda kalarak hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f ve 2 i\u015f\u00e7i ask\u0131da kalarak kurtar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130n\u015faat i\u015fini \u0130\u00e7ta\u015f \u0130n\u015faat y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor ve Ongun Yap\u0131 firmas\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015feron olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. \u0130n\u015faat alan\u0131na \u00c7avu\u015fba\u015f\u0131 ile \u00dcmraniye aras\u0131ndaki yol ayr\u0131m\u0131ndan ula\u015f\u0131labiliyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130lk verilere g\u00f6re \u00c7avu\u015fba\u015f\u0131 b\u00f6lgesinde ormanl\u0131k alan harap edilmi\u015f. Yap\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan yolun \u00dcmraniye\u2019ye ba\u011flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yordu. Yolun devam\u0131 Kavac\u0131k-\u00dcmraniye aras\u0131ndaki TEM otoyoluna \u00fcst k\u00f6pr\u00fc ile tamamlanacakt\u0131. Yolun devam\u0131 TEM\u2019de g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130lk izlenimlere g\u00f6re (kesin bir sonuca var\u0131lamasa da) ya m\u00fchendislik hesab\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f ya da uygulama hatas\u0131 var. Sonu\u00e7 olarak in\u015faat\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi bask\u0131s\u0131 ve ucuz maliyet aranmas\u0131 nedeniyle bu kaza ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
